"Is a phone photo good enough?"

Two things help more than anything else: send the original file rather than a screenshot or a text-message copy, and if you are working from an old print, lay it flat in daylight and photograph straight down with no flash.

If a photo genuinely will not hold up at print size, we tell you before you pay, not after.

"How long does it actually take?"

We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days with a digital proof. Once you approve that proof, allow 7–10 business days for production. Shipping time is separate and shown at checkout; Wapato pickup removes it entirely.

Turnaround is not guaranteed. Holidays, peak seasons, high order volume, or extra customization can extend processing time, which is exactly why we ask for your date in the first message instead of the last one.

"What if the service is next week?"

Memorials rarely give notice. Send the photo and put the service date in your first message. We will tell you honestly whether it is possible before you pay, rather than taking the order and hoping.

Local pickup is the difference-maker in those weeks — it takes the carrier out of the equation and leaves only the making.

"Can it be in Spanish?"

Yes, at no extra cost. Write to us in Spanish and we will answer in Spanish. Accent marks and the ñ print correctly, and a long name changes the layout rather than getting shortened to fit.

"Do I have to order a lot?"

No. One 3.5-inch photo magnet is a real order — no design fee, no minimum. Families here also order small runs so every sibling, padrino, or grandchild goes home with one.
