- The amount you enter must match the price we agreed on by email. If it doesn't match your quote, we'll contact you before anything is made.
- Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. No artwork, proofing, or pressing starts until payment is received and confirmed.
- Dollars and cents are fine — your exact total shows before you confirm at checkout.

How your photos are used
Your photos are used to make your keepsake — nothing else. We never sell them or hand them to anyone outside our studio. The showcase box below is your choice: check it only if you're happy for us to show a picture of your finished keepsake on our website or social media. Your photos are used only for your order and never shared (except finished-keepsake showcase if the optional box above is checked).
Every keepsake is personalized to your photos and your story, which means we can't resell or restock it for someone else. Because of that, all sales are final once your proof is approved. We stand behind the quality of every piece we make — if something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out and we'll make it right.

How do I pay a custom quote from TSO Custom Keepsakes?
Enter the exact price Evee B... confirmed with you by email — dollars and cents — add your name and email, then pay in full through secure Shopify checkout. This page is only for orders already quoted by email.
Why must custom orders be paid in full before production?
Custom keepsakes are made from your photos and can't be resold, so materials and press time are committed to you alone. Payment in full confirms the order and starts your proof and production schedule.
What if the amount doesn't match my quote?
We check every custom payment against the quote on file. If it doesn't match, we email you before anything is made and either refund the difference or send a short balance link.
Will my photos be used in advertising?
Only if you check the optional showcase box. Photos are used to produce your order and are never sold or shared otherwise. Full details are on our photo policy page.
Do I get an email confirmation after paying my quote?
Yes. Shopify emails your payment receipt right away, and Evee B... sends a written confirmation to the email on your request within 3 business days listing your amount, item, consent choices, and the next steps.
How long does it take TSO Custom Keepsakes to confirm my quote payment?
Allow 3 business days. Evee B... checks your payment against the quote on file and emails a written confirmation with your amount, item, and consent choices within 3 business days of your payment. If you'd rather get a text nudge, add your mobile number and tick the reminder box on the payment form.
What happens if I haven't heard back after 3 business days?
Email tsocustomkeepsakes@gmail.com with your name and the amount you paid. Confirmations go out within 3 business days, so anything past that means the message likely landed in spam and we'll resend it the same day.
Can I get a text reminder about my quote and proof timeline?
Yes, it's optional. Add your mobile number and check the reminder box, and TSO Custom Keepsakes will text you about your proof and timeline once your 3-business-day confirmation window is up. We only text about your order and you can reply STOP any time.
How long does a custom order take?
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time your proof is approved and payment is received. Yakima Valley customers can pick up free at Peach Tree Retirement Center.
