Deposit & Reschedule Policy
A deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable — you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Custom & Events questions
+What's the difference between SNAP & SEND, IN PERSON and CUSTOM ORDERS?
SNAP & SEND means customers send or upload photos and TSO creates the keepsakes afterward. TSO does not attend the event. IN PERSON means TSO attends and creates keepsakes live on site. CUSTOM ORDERS covers special quantities, church and business orders, memorial keepsakes, Memory & Connection Magnets, personalized projects and requests outside the standard purchase flow.
+How far in advance should I book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most dates, and longer for Saturdays in wedding and holiday season. If your date is close, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
+What if my guest count changes closer to the event?
Tell us as soon as you know. We build a little room into every event, and if your count moves into a different tier we'll adjust your quote before the balance is due rather than surprising you the day of.
+Do you travel outside Yakima?
Yes. Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, and Terrace Heights come with no additional travel cost. We also serve the greater Yakima Valley, Tri-Cities, and Ellensburg — ask about travel details in your quote.
