A deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable — you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

+What does the standard backdrop look like?

Every IN PERSON event includes a plain black backdrop. It photographs cleanly, keeps the focus on your guests, and works in almost any room.

+Can you decorate the backdrop to match my theme?

Yes. Decorated backdrops and event decorations are a custom add-on built around your colors, theme, and space. Ask about backdrop and decoration options when you request your quote and we'll include them in your personalized pricing.

+What's the difference between buttons, magnets, and coasters?

Buttons are the standard keepsake — pinned on, worn home. Magnets are the most popular upgrade because they live on the fridge for years. Elite coasters are the largest keepsake, and they're offered at 2 per guest.

+Do you charge for travel?

Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, and Terrace Heights come with no additional travel cost. We also serve the greater Yakima Valley, Tri-Cities, and Ellensburg — ask about travel details in your quote.

+How much do the upgrades cost?

Upgrade and add-on pricing is included in your personalized quote, because it depends on your guest count, event format, and how many keepsakes you want per guest.
