Yes. We use design and photo-editing tools — including AI-assisted tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and Gemini — to fit your photo into the finished design. Your photo is used only to create your order and is not shared publicly or used for anything else without your separate permission. Yes. Please just avoid photos where your child's name, school, home address, or other identifying details are visible in the background. We don't post customer photos publicly or use them in marketing unless you specifically opt in.

Yes. Shopify emails your payment receipt right away, and Evee B... sends a written confirmation to the email on your request within 3 business days listing your amount, item, consent choices, and the next steps.

Go to tsocustomkeepsakes.com/pay-my-quote, enter the exact whole-dollar price Evee B... confirmed with you by email, add your name and email, and pay in full through secure Shopify checkout. The page is only for orders already quoted by email — please don't pay a guessed amount.

Custom keepsakes are made from your photos and can't be resold, so materials, artwork, and press time are committed to you alone. Payment in full confirms the order and starts your proof and production schedule — no artwork or pressing begins before payment clears.

We check every custom payment against the quote on file. If the amount doesn't match, we email you before anything is made and either refund the difference or send a short balance link — nothing goes into production until it matches.

Only if you say yes. Every order requires you to confirm you have rights to your photos, and sharing a finished keepsake on our website or social media is a separate optional checkbox you can leave unchecked. Full details are on our photo policy page.

Allow 3 business days. Evee B... checks your payment against the quote on file and emails a written confirmation with your amount, item, and consent choices within 3 business days. Yakima Valley customers can also arrange free pickup at Peach Tree Retirement Center in that same message.

Use the Leave a review button on our payment confirmation, reviews, or share-your-keepsake pages. Testify Swag Kids is our line of hands-on Bible lesson magnet sets for children — Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and Kids Like David (1 Samuel 17). Both are reusable, screen-free, and handmade in the Yakima Valley.
