TSO Connection Magnets™
When connection is hard, make the faces big.
These aren't decorations. They're tools — large, clear, name-labeled 3.5″ photo magnets that help someone connect: a loved one with memory loss recognizing a face, a non-verbal child pointing to who they need, a hard-of-hearing parent reading a name instead of straining to hear it, or a toddler learning that this face has a name and this word means something.
Dementia Memory & Communication Magnets can also show favorite foods or drinks, routines, activities, visits, comforting messages, and simple everyday needs. They are supportive visual tools for families and caregivers, not medical devices or treatment.
The generous 3.5″ size matters more than people expect. Faces are easier to see from across a room, and a name labeled underneath each photo gives a gentle prompt — no guessing, no pressure, no putting anyone on the spot.
Families and caregivers use them on the fridge, on a memory board next to a recliner, on a communication board for a non-verbal child, in a classroom for early language learners, in care facilities, and on a bedroom door — anywhere a familiar face needs to be easy to find and easy to name.
Moments that whisper are worth remembering. Because moments fade. Love doesn't.

Why it works
Why size, names, and faces matter.
Face Recognition
Large, clear photos help loved ones recognize family members even as facial recognition becomes harder — whether that's memory loss, or a child still learning who's who. A 3.5″ face reads across a room — a phone-screen thumbnail doesn't.
Name Labels Build Connection
A name printed underneath each photo offers a gentle prompt — no pressure, no embarrassment, no putting anyone on the spot to remember or guess who's who. For toddlers, it's a first-word teaching tool; for non-verbal communicators, it's a way to point instead of speak.
Built for Hearing & Communication Support
Printed names and faces work when spoken words don't land — for hearing-impaired family members, non-verbal individuals, and early communicators. A magnet doesn't need to be heard to be understood.
Placement Matters
Families and caregivers place these where someone naturally looks — the fridge, a memory board by the recliner, a communication board, a classroom wall, a bedroom door, or common areas in care facilities and therapy rooms.

FAQ
Quick answers.
+What size are the TSO Connection Magnets?
Each magnet is a generous 3.5″ round — large enough that a loved one can recognize a face from across the room. The size is the whole point.
+Can you label each photo with a name?
Yes. We label each magnet with the person's name underneath the photo (and, if helpful, their relationship — 'Daughter,' 'Grandson,' 'Sister'). Tell us on the form what wording you'd like.
+Are these good for a non-verbal child or someone learning to communicate?
Yes. Many families use labeled photo magnets as a low-cost, no-screen communication tool — a child or non-verbal individual can point to a face and name instead of needing to say it out loud. We can build a set around household names, caregivers, or first words, whatever helps most.
+Can these help a hard-of-hearing family member?
Yes. A clear, name-labeled face works whether or not a spoken name is heard or understood clearly. Many families use these as a visual name-reference around the house for hard-of-hearing relatives or guests.
+Do you make sets for toddlers learning to talk?
Yes — families use these to teach first words: family names, common objects, or simple words paired with a photo. Tell us what words or names you want included and we'll build the set around that.
+Can teachers or therapists order these for a classroom or practice?
Yes — we work with early-intervention teachers, speech-language therapists, and classroom aides on bulk sets. Reach out for classroom/practice pricing and turnaround.
+How many pieces come in a set?
Sets start at a Keepsake Quad of 4 ($32) and go up to a Legacy Vault of 12 ($78). Most families love the Memory Six or Journey Mosaic for the best per-piece value.
+Can I mix magnets and buttons in one set?
Yes — magnets and buttons mix freely at the same per-piece price within a single set. Just tell us the split when you upload.
+What size are the keepsakes?
Every magnet, pinback button, and ornament is a generous 3.5″ round — large enough for faces to read at a glance.
+Can you add a name, dates, or a Bible verse?
Absolutely. Names, dates, scripture references, song lyrics, or short messages can be added on or beneath each piece — included in the design.
+How long does an order take?
Proof within 3 business days, then 7-10 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional, and local pickup skips transit. Many orders finish sooner, but turnaround isn't guaranteed — holidays, peak seasons, high volume, or heavy customization can extend it. Faster turnaround may be available upon request, and event bookings fill quickly, so reach out as early as you can.
+Do you ship, or can I pick up locally in the Yakima Valley?
Both. We ship across the USA, and local pickup in the Yakima Valley is always free.
+How is shipping calculated?
Shipping options and cost are shown at checkout · local pickup in the Yakima Valley is always free. (Storyboards are quoted separately.)
+What photo quality do I need?
A clear phone snapshot usually works beautifully. We'll let you know during the proof stage if anything needs to be re-sent at a higher resolution.
+What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only for your order and never shared.
