+How does holiday ordering work?
Here is how we handle Christmas orders:
- Need it by a certain day? Email tsocustomkeepsakes@gmail.com and we'll make sure you can get your order in time. Plan on 7-10 business days, especially for personalized and custom orders, counted from the time you approve your order for shipping. In many cases orders go out faster.
- Ordering for Christmas? Order early. During the holiday season, carriers get very busy and shipping times can be unpredictable, so orders placed later in the season may not arrive in time for Christmas.
- Local pickup is available in the Yakima Valley and avoids shipping delays. Personalized and custom orders still take time to make, and we may be busy, so if you need it last minute, please email tsocustomkeepsakes@gmail.com BEFORE you order and we'll let you know what's possible.
- Custom orders are confirmed by email before production begins during the holiday season, so we can make sure your piece gets the care it deserves.
- TSO Custom Keepsakes is a small, home-based business with a big, Godly assignment — thank you for your patience as we pour care into every piece.
