Tri-Cities and Ellensburg Orders: Pickup, Shipping, and Timing

A lot of our orders come from outside Yakima County — Central Washington University families, Tri-Cities churches, and event organizers up and down the corridor. Here's how ordering works if that's you.

Shipping

Everything is made by hand in the Yakima Valley and ships nationwide, so a Tri-Cities or Ellensburg address is no different from any other. We'll confirm shipping timing in writing when your order is confirmed, so you're planning around a real date rather than a guess.

When Pickup Makes More Sense

Pickup usually wins in three situations:

• A memorial service or event within the next several days.
• A large event order where you'd rather not risk a box in transit.
• You're already driving over — Yakima sits between Ellensburg and the Tri-Cities either way.

Planning an Event Order

For graduations, church gatherings, reunions, fundraisers, and vendor booths, email us the occasion, the count, and the date. Event quantities are quoted per project, and orders of 25 or more are confirmed by email before production starts.

What to Send First

Your date, your rough count, and the photo. That's enough to get real pricing and a real timeline back — usually the same or next business day.

How a 3.5-inch photo magnet becomes part of the story

Our custom photo magnets are professionally produced as 3.5-inch round keepsakes. They are big enough to actually see the faces in the picture, but small enough to belong on the refrigerator, the filing cabinet at work, or the side of a metal lamp in grandma's bedroom.

You provide the photograph. We help you make sure the resolution, the crop, and the framing honor the moment. Most people send us a phone photo or a scan of an older print, and we walk them through the rest. The keepsake itself does the work after that — quietly, every day, for years.
