If we can't meet the date, we'll say so right away and suggest an alternative — often keepsakes made afterward for immediate family, which many families find they wanted more anyway.

What We Need From You

Three things, and none of them have to be perfect:

• The photo — the original file, not a texted copy. One photo is enough.
• A rough count. Plan for more than expected attendance; guests take extras for family who couldn't come.
• Any wording: a first name, years, or a line of scripture with the translation you'd like labeled.

Local Pickup

We're in the Yakima Valley, which means local families can skip shipping entirely. That's often the difference between making the service and missing it. Ellensburg, the Tri-Cities, and the Lower Valley are all reachable within a day's drive, and we'll arrange a pickup time when we confirm your order.
